We were recently founded at the beginning of 2023 by owner Steve Ward. With the mission to be a place where anyone can come to train, be fit, and enhance their athletic ability. We look at the big picture and combine the best aspects of all types of fitness facilities to embody this approach and redefine what a state-of-the-art training facility can be.
